Privacy Policy

GLP Uno Plus is operated by Alpha Leadership and Safety Consulting, LLC, doing business as Lifestack AI ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use GLP Uno Plus, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account information: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
- Entries you choose to log: daily habits, protein, fluids, fiber, steps, meals, symptoms, weight, sleep, notes, injection days, doses and injection sites, your medication and usual injection day, and the daily targets you set.
- Preferences saved to your account: your language choice, whether you want daily faith encouragement, and any referral code you arrived with.
- Subscription information: if you upgrade to Pro, your plan status and the billing details our payment processor shares with us for receipts and support. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data: information needed to keep the app working, such as server logs, browser or device type, and when you signed in.
Some settings, such as reminders and when you hide the daily encouragement card, are stored only on your device. Your language choice is also kept on your device, and a referral code is kept on your device until you create an account.
How we use it
We use your entries only to show you your own tracker, trends, insights and reports, and to provide the features of your plan. We use your email to sign you in and to send messages about your account. We use technical data to keep the app secure and fix problems.
We never sell your information, and we never share your health entries with advertisers or data brokers. There are no advertising pixels in the app.
Meal photos (Pro)
If you use the meal photo feature, your photo is sent securely to an artificial intelligence service only to estimate protein and fiber. The photo is not saved by us. We keep a simple count of how many photo estimates you have used each month, so we can apply plan limits.
Who can see your entries
Only you. Your entries are tied to your account and protected so that other users cannot access them. We do not review individual entries except when you ask us for help or when the law requires it.
We use trusted service providers that process data on our behalf only to run the app: cloud hosting and database services, sign-in services (including Google if you choose it), Stripe for payments, and an AI service for Pro meal photo estimates. They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your sign-in email secure.
Not medical advice
GLP Uno Plus is a habit tracking tool, not a medical provider, and it does not provide medical advice. Talk with your healthcare provider about your medication, dose and health decisions.
Your choices
You can view and update your entries and daily targets in the app at any time, and you can change your sign-in email in Account settings. Pro members can download a PDF report of their entries. To request a full copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and all your entries, email us at jcastro@alphalsc.com. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
Children
GLP Uno Plus is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date at the top always shows the current version, and we will notify you in the app or by email about significant changes.
