Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Alpha Leadership and Safety Consulting, LLC, doing business as Lifestack AI ("we," "us"), which operates GLP Uno Plus (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use GLP Uno Plus.

Not medical advice

GLP Uno Plus is a habit tracker. It is not medical advice, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not change dosing. Always follow your prescriber, and contact them about symptoms or questions about your medication.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Free plan. You can use the core daily tracker at no cost. Features included in the Free plan may change over time.

Pro plan. Pro adds features such as trends, unlimited history, the appointment report, the dose-step timeline, custom targets and optional browser reminders while the App is open, and meal photo estimates (up to 60 per calendar month). Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. Current prices are shown in the App before you pay.

Free trial. The monthly Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial when you start a monthly subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and you will be charged the monthly price. The yearly plan does not include a free trial.

Automatic renewal. Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method for each renewal.

Founding Member lifetime plan. While the offer is active and before its displayed end date, we may offer a Founding Member plan: a one-time payment that gives you Pro features for as long as we operate GLP Uno Plus, with no renewal charges. "Lifetime" refers to the life of the App, not the life of the purchaser. The offer may end at any time without notice.

Canceling. You can manage and cancel a Pro subscription from Setup in the App, which opens our secure billing portal. The portal shows when cancellation takes effect. If cancellation is scheduled for the end of your billing period, you keep Pro until then; if it takes effect immediately, Pro access ends then. Once Stripe marks your subscription as canceled or no longer active or trialing, your account moves to the Free plan. Your saved entries are not deleted: Free gives access to today and the previous six days, uses default targets, and does not include Pro-only features. Review the cancellation details in the portal before confirming.

Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused time, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at jcastro@alphalsc.com and we will review it.

Price changes. We may change prices or plan features. Price changes for an existing subscription take effect at your next renewal, and we will give you reasonable notice beforehand.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for your own personal, lawful, non-commercial habit tracking. You agree not to: share your account or let others access it; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; interfere with, disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems; reverse engineer, copy, scrape or resell the App or its content; upload unlawful, harmful or abusive content, or images that are not of food to the meal photo feature; or use the App in any way that violates applicable law.

Your account and termination

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure and for activity on your account. You can stop using the App at any time and can ask us to delete your account by emailing jcastro@alphalsc.com. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the App. If we discontinue the App, we will give reasonable notice where possible so you can request a copy of your data.

Intellectual property

The App, including its design, software, text, graphics, logos and the GLP Uno Plus name, belongs to Alpha Leadership and Safety Consulting, LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App under these Terms. Your entries remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the App to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any results, estimates, insights or targets (including AI meal photo estimates) will be accurate or will lead to any particular health or weight outcome. Faith-based encouragement in the App is optional and is offered for inspiration only.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Leadership and Safety Consulting, LLC, and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, health outcomes, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the App changes. The effective date at the top always shows the current version. We will notify you in the App or by email about significant changes, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
